Personal Training and Custom Workout Plan Combo
12 week program with menu changes week 3, 6, 9, 12 and body fat checks week 3, 6, 9 and 12. Also visual assessments with before and after pictures week 3, 6, 9 and 12. Included are (15) one on one personal training sessions.

For a FREE body assessment evaluation, you can call for a personal appointment or email us your age, weigth, height, body fat, and clear picture for an online assessment. The assesssment includes consultation and body fat exam.
