Check your Body Fat% and eat 1.5 grams of protein per
each pound of lean muscle.
Example:
A 200lb man with 20% Body Fat has 160 lbs of lean muscle tissue. So
he
needs 240 grams of protein in his diet or menu. (This same method applies to women.) |

Eat (5) meals per day (3) hrs apart. After (4) weeks eat (6) small
meals (similar in calories) but every (2 1/2) hrs apart. This will
prevent over dieting also will help speed up your metabolism. |

regemin is a balanced
nutrition plan geard toward eigther fat loss, muscle gain, sports
specific or other. So supplements
only support and aid a proper diet. Don't use supplements as the basis
